Service Description

Slower paced yoga allows the body to gently transition into movement. Sprinkling in bits of mobility and strength from the previous classes, this 75 minute practice helps organize the body for traditional yoga. Themed classes, positive quotes, and always a smile inspire this practice for mobility, mindfulness and joy. (Props needed: 2 blocks, strap, bolster/pillows, sturdy chair)
