ONLINE CLASSES

Welcome to my Online format!  You can enjoy these classes separately or attend all three for the full mind-body-spirit connection! RENEW will inspire the body as you begin your week while RESTORE will calm the nervous system for that much needed mid-week reset.  Finish the week attending YOGA with KARIN where select movements from each of the previous classes are intelligently sequenced to create a unique yoga experience!

MOBILITY  RENEW Mondays 8:00-9:00am (CDT) 

Learn the art of therapeutic self- myofascial release (SMFR) and live better in your body!  Muscular and fascia roll-outs, therapeutic exercises and yoga principles are crafted into this uplifting class.  Enjoy improved range of motion, functional strength and flexibility while learning your body’s individual architecture, habits and patterns.

MINDFULNESS RESTORE

Wednesdays-8:00am-9:00am

RECORDED CLASS LINK ONLY

Combining elements of self-myofascial release (SMFR), mobility work, gentle stretches and supported poses, the body is guided into the parasympathetic state.  Novel breathwork and respiratory massage add to the restorative tool box.  Quiet the nervous system, reestablish your respiratory rhythm and allow for healing from the inside out.

JOY  YOGA with KARIN Fridays 8:30-9:45am (CDT)

It is often said that gentle yoga doesn’t mean easy, but slower paced yoga can allow the body to gently transition into movement.  Sprinkling in bits of mobility and strength from the previous classes, this class helps organize the body for traditional yoga.  Themed classes, positive quotes, and always a smile inspire this practice of mobility, mindfulness and joy.
