Maybe you need a little ease in your pickleball knees?  Are aches and pains keeping you from enjoying the active life you want to live?   If you are saying YES, then A RENEW and RESTORE Workshop is perfect for you!  Begin by learning the art of Self-Myofascial Massage (SMFR) using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls!   These gentle self-care tools help release muscle tension, rehydrate tissues and improve range of motion.  Next move through a series of strengthening exercises, yoga poses, and dynamic mobility work to keep the body supple and strong.  Conclude with a few minutes of constructive rest and breath work offering the mind an opportunity to quiet and absorb the practice.  Prepare to leave with a positive mindset and an organized body ready to enjoy the retirement life you deserve!

 

You command the gym, the track and the field giving 100% of your effort 100% of the time.  Balance out your nervous system during this 60minute game changer using breath work, positive meditation, and SMFR (self myofascial release.)  The secret lies in learning how to flip the switch in your brain from adrenaline pumping, heart racing activities to dominance in the parasympathetic system.  This restorative state is where the body, mind and spirit can regenerate. 

 

The Roll Model® Therapy Balls “knead” into multiple layers of fascia at a time. Their unique grip and shear texture stimulate proprioceptive nerve endings that trigger the “rest and digest” response.  Self-massage can also reduce the knots and trigger points of overworked or misused muscles. If left unaddressed, these adhesions can cause uneven wear and tear on the joints, increasing the risk of injury and decreasing performance over time.  Keep the slide and glide in your tissues and agility and fluidity where your need it most!

Come stretch, twist, breathe and connect during this one-hour gentle partner yoga that’s suited for ALL levels of experience.

The Roll and Renew Therapy Ball Workshops take on a Corporate feel with my 60 minute Lunch and Learn Class.  A brief Power Point outlining strategies and benefits followed by guided movement and rolling empowers employees to participate in a self-care routine that addresses their individual needs.  Gentle myofascial release using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls and breath-directed guidance ease achy muscles back into healthy submission.  Programs can be customized to best meet the needs of your staff.
