Mindful Mobility teaches coaches and players individual movement/habit awareness and how precovery/recovery myofascial massage (SMFR) can help the team live better on and off the field. Each practice comes loaded with corrective exercise, alignment yoga, and mobilty instruction to improve muscle imbalances particularly seen in side dominate athletes. A guided Therapy Ball massage can aid in tissue hydration benefitting the body before conditioning even begins! When used after a dedicated workout, ball rolling promotes the acceleration of muscle recovery. Throughout the practice, students are mentored in mindfulness, mantras and self-talk. These essential skills are the driving force behind a well rounded athlete capable of navigating the demands of an ever-changing competition.
